At Nella Fragrance Company, we know that it’s crucial to ensure that only the best ingredients are invited into sacred spaces like your home. When we first had the idea to produce a quality safe product we knew how important it would be to build a reputation for designing a clean, safe, vegan product that also reflected our personality and creativity (cue the sass). All of the candles made in our studio are sourced, crafted and packaged with dedication and care, making them important elements of the ultimate self-care experience. Our wax is 100% organic soy, grown and made in a farm in Iowa. Our amazing wooden wicks are Eco-friendly, clean-burning made from FSC Certified Wood, hand-crafted + made in the USA. Our fragrance oils are clean scents and free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance. We are also working to make all of our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. Nella candles are more than a candle they are part of a movement. Help us make that change one candle at a time.
All About Me
Candle enthusiast who didn’t realize what she had until it was gone.....literally. Lighting a candle after a long day is something that helped me get through the day-to-day grind after punching out of work. Until learning that the best thing that happened to me could actually be affected by your traditional candles. Learning I became pregnant was amazing but also called for a life style change in certain aspects. Along with the laundry list of items I needed to change with my traditional day to day activities I learned that candles containing paraffin wax could impact not only my health but the child which I was carrying. The decision to not burn candles was easy because of what was at stake but still sparked (see what I did there) an idea of how I can burn a candle that would not impact my health or more importantly the ones around me. So, what did I do? I am a very faith oriented individual so I prayed on it to see if there was actually a way to accomplish this but more importantly help others in my situation. The strength of prayer and perseverance helped me realize that there are ways to create candles with materials that were clean burning and wouldn’t leave me feeling skeptical about when or who I lit them around. By utilizing 100% organic soy wax, clean-burning wooden wicks, and paraben free fragrance oil, Nella Fragrance products will not compromise the refreshing feeling you get after lighting a candle and most importantly won’t impact your health or the others in your life.
